Sam DuBose's brother Aubrey says he will not give up, despite two hung juries and a decision not to try former University of Cincinnati Police officer Ray Tensing a third time in Hamilton County Court.

People gathered on the University of Cincinnati campus Wednesday night carrying signs and chanting their support for Sam DuBose and others killed in officer-involved incidents.

The family of Sam DuBose is asking the Hamilton County Prosecutor to retry Ray Tensing a third time.

A judge has set a date for the retrial of a former University of Cincinnati police officer charged with killing a black motorist during a traffic stop, and she says she will try to seat a jury in Hamilton County.

University of Cincinnati police officers David Lindenschmidt and Philip Kidd say they did not see former officer Ray Tensing being dragged on the day he shot and killed Sam DuBose during a traffic stop. Both men testified Wednesday they saw Tensing standing by DuBose's car and heard tires squealing followed by a gun shot.
