Summer camp directors across the Tri-State are in limbo. As the economy slowly reopens, they're anxiously awaiting directives from state leaders about how or if they'll be able to operate this summer.

The Ohio River watershed is dotted with thousands of small dams. Many are remnants of bygone days of grain mills and the steel industry, which used dams to pool water needed during production.

City of Cleveland

The nation’s first publicly funded inner-city dirt bike park is being built in Cleveland, with hopes of redirecting the swarms of dirt bike riders illegally using city streets. Backers say the park will reduce a dangerous nuisance, and generate revenue and create jobs. Others say the money could be better spent.
