Cleveland’s agreement with the Justice Department to reform the city’s police force is one of 14 across the country U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions wants to review.  Sessions says such consent decrees taint entire police departments because of a few bad officers.

The city of Cleveland has reached a $6 million settlement in a lawsuit over the death of Tamir Rice, 12, a black boy shot by a white police officer while playing with a pellet gun.

Cleveland officials are firing six police officers involved in a 137-shot barrage that killed two unarmed people after a high-speed chase.  

The prosecutor in Cleveland says a "perfect storm of human error" led to the death of Tamir Rice, a black youngster who was holding what turned out to be a pellet gun when he was shot by police.
