Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed the state's first-ever "Americans With Disabilities Act" coordinator to establish the state as a model employer of people with disabilities.

It's been 20 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed. A discussion about its significance for disabled individuals and society and the specific requirements of the law, with The Ohio State University (OSU) Office of the Provost ADA coordinator L. Scott Lissner, American Council of the Blind of Ohio executive director Mary Hiland, Ohio Secretary of State ADA coordinator Brett Harbage and Willcox and Saxbe partner Elizabeth Watters.
